weekend in leeds.

I stayed in a hotel central leeds called Quebecs 2 weeks ago... £40 a night (friday) and it was absolutely stunning. Mini bar, beautifully decorated, egyptian bedding, very posh. Couldn't believe what we got for that price!

West indian center in chapel town if you want to get totally off your trolly and have a great time

I recently stopped in, 42 the calls, very nice hotel. Take a look a pictures online as it is a Warehouse conversion so not to everyone's taste. Its right on the river, short walk to town or across the footbridge to restaurants, bars and the armouries. Next door is Brasserie 44(nice small Italian restaurant).
They gave us a free upgrade as they weren't very busy(mid-week).

We ate at Jamie Olivers, did not start well, hair in the gf's starter. But they gave us replacements(i got second starter!) plus a round of drinks for free.
Ive ate at olivers in Bath and Birmingham, and its better than both. Good atmosphere friendly staff and tasty food(despite (Non pubic)hair).
