Not even completed two weeks yet; it's much, much, much too early to weigh myself. Weighing too often has a negative effect on my morale. Need to see tangible gains (losses) to stay motivated.How much have you lost so far?
I told myself when I started I would only weigh myself once a month.
e: I should also add... as expected, feeling super grumpy most of the time, due to not eating. Also feeling incredibly tired a lot of the time.
I'm not advocating this as a good way for people to lose weight; it just happens to work for me, because I'm too simple to count calories and get it right
