weights guide

Could someone with a little more knowledge and experience help me out here please, going back to the gym tonight after a years absence and starting on weights, could someone please guide me on which/how much of each to start on please, like a leg/arm/abs workout please :) im 6ft.6 and weight 15 stone and average muscle mass i guess, if thats any help .

check out GordyR's sticky at the top of the page thats got some good advice and a basic workout routine :)
