Weird 5970 Artifact problem in BFBC2

I'll be building my new system other Whitsun and that contains a Sapphire 5970 OC Edition, so i'll see if i get the same problem.

I get corruption on the snow maps with my 5870.

im still testing my 5970 so need to play other games on it... if it starts doing it in other games that is when i start getting worried so far i only played Crysis and BFBC2... (crysis was fine in 32bit mode need to test it 64bit)

Just seen the video - the white blocks that I've seen have been quite a bit bigger - seems to have disappeared since the last patch.
