I can do it and I'm right handed / right footed as well. Although years of being a drummer has made my limbs fairly independent!

Depends which way you draw the 6. If you draw it starting from the top you can't do it. Try the other way and it's easy

Thats probably cause both your hand and foot are techincally going clock-wise. If you draw a 6 normally, your hand is going anti-clockwise, albeit not in a proper circle, and your foot is going clockwise. Thus making the difficulty

It's down to what core cpu your brain has. Some people have dual, some don't it's like being able to listen to music and download emails at the same time .... :O

But who cares, when was the last time you had to swing your leg one way and draw sixes? If I saw anyone do that in the street, I'd think he had something seriously wrong with him.
