Noticed a CPU to something voltage which is only a percentage and defaults to 63% but I can change it down to 61.5% or 67%. What does it actually do?

CPU GTLREF 63%

Also what is CPU VTT?

ive got an E2180 and want to find out its default voltage + what i need this CPU GTLREF thing on. Also does it affect stability of using 4 dimms? (as i have problems using all 4 but fine with 3 lol) same with VTT?

That's the fsb signal overshoot margin - and you're still none the wiser. No-one has yet been able to tell me what this does I'm afraid. It doesn't seem to make a whit of difference how it's set.

System Bus Input Supply Voltage or CPU Termination Voltage which is the voltage being applied to generate the FSB signal. As you're unlikely to be running high FSBs I would think you can probably leave it set quite low.

Well, that sounds like duff RAM or you need to increase the Northbridge voltage.
