Before anyone jumps the gun, bare with me..
New chap has recently started in my work, only worked with him a couple of shifts but he seemed a relatively normal 18 year old. He immediately added everyone to Facebook, strange but some people live their life on it.
Anyway, over the weeks everyone has noticed that he has around 10-17 new facebook friends almost every day, all of which are young, foreign boys, mostly with their tops or so off. Strange, I thought but there might be a reasonable explanation, through family perhaps?
Then I started noticing posts he makes popping up on my news feed, commenting on these boys photos. Sometimes 'hot' or 'very nice' is used. He then had an argument with a young looking boy which ended in him saying 'fine, i'll just find another BF'(boyfriend)
Everybody now thinks he's a creep. What would you do? I contemplated approaching management but he got the job through connections so no one wants to go down that road incase there's a backlash. Should I just let it be, each to their own and all that?
