thanks for your reply, as it only 20-40 i can live with that as i typically only use the pc to play games of watch streams so doubt will be a big change, glad it sorted

If you find it is higher than that and your BIOS supports it, you could try changing the min C-State and see if you can pin down which one causes the problem.
