Weird flashing pixel pattern on Samsung R87 (32")

My TV sometimes has an issue where red and green coloured flashing pixels occur in a broken vertical line flashing from bottom to top, this happens either 1/3 in on either side of the screen (not at the same time) or in the middle of the screen.

It looks roughly like this...

etc

Try and imagine the above looking like its moving because it flashes.

Any ideas what it could be? It doesn't always happen, but when it does it happens on every source channel.

I thought it could be interference from a device, but I have moved house/location and it still happens.

Ok, so this is a silly question, but what can I do about it? Who do I contact? I bought the TV online from a site that specialises in low prices due to minimal customer/company interaction.

return it for replacement, they are 100% obligated to replace it. If they refuse then the hassle less route would be contact samsung and they will replace it, if you want to fight then state the sales of goods act 1979 demands they deal with the problem.
