Weird GPU Artifacts? Help Please :D

Hello all, recently installed my new 7850 Sapphire HD 2GB and up until now its been grand.

Recently i can be gaming away fine, and when i finish, i close the game and then i get this,

If i unplug the monitor it switches to the other monitor with the problem.... because its not on both i feel like its a software issue?

The GPU never reaches above 50c and the fan only ever gets to about 40% speed... what shall i do?
 
Unless your not already, try the latest drivers or try a re-install.

You might have faulty GPU, I had a 4870x2 which showed weird graphics on startup of a game or benchmark.
