Weird Graphics Problem

sadly not got a spare card :(

Tryed that program earlier on in the thread and it just loaded a white box that done nothing the whole time for the Video Card Ram test..

Still got the stock cooler? or did you replace it cause it broke? You could still try RMA. It's worth a shot tbh. Got nothing to loose.

How many different catalyst drivers have you tried? When you remove previous drivers are you using a tool like 'driver cleaner'? Its essential you use driver cleaner to remove any rubbish previous drivers leave.
