Weird internet connectivity problem

This is a weird problem i can't find anything about on google, so here goes:

I can connect to the internet fine through my PCI Network Interface Card (Realtek). But a week ago i upgraded my motherboard and graphics card, and re-installed Windows XP (formatted).

Since then, i can connect to the internet fine, but after about 45 minutes (sometimes longer, not timed it) - pages would refuse to load (firefox would display a blank page and say 'Done', page would load slowly after clicking the green arrow about 5 times).
Internet explorer would say there is a problem and it can't connect to any website (unless i try about 5 times again).
MSN stays connected, uTorrent ends up just downloading 1 or 2 torrents at about 1kbps.

My speed is knackered and websites take 5/6 tries to load otherwise i get the blank page + 'Done' thing on firefox or an error page on IE.

A reboot fixes this instantly - weird!

The onboard LAN is disabled so there's no interference, drivers are up to date.

I'm just at a loss of what's going on with it.

It's not my connection since other pc's on the network are fine, and i've tried my PC around another house and it does the same thing.

Any help appreciated - cheers!
