Weird issue with Macbook

I was using Windows in bootcamp and programs started freezing and not responding, the fans kicked in and were going mad. Reboot, still happening, the CPU useage is at 90-100% constantly, and i've checked for programs running etc, but theres nothing to really cause it as far as i'm aware.

It's calmed down now in OSx but the useage keeps fluctuating 5-50% which is weird and i'm doing nothing.

Any ideas what could cause this? It doesn't feel too hot to touch.

What ram configuration you got in there? weve always had problems at work with leaving the default ram that they ship when we add more Ram

1Gb of ram that it came with.

Seems to be ok now, but it wouldn't stop doing this for an hour.

Might does similar things at times, usually opening Adobe PDF's n Safari which is not really on as mines a C2D with 2GB of RAM, normally settles down though, never really had it happening after a reboot. Did you soft reboot or hard reboot?
