Weird issue

Last night I spun around of my chair to exit my desk and, while doing so, knocked my pc with my knee relatively hard and shunted it.

My screen went black and turns out my nvidia drivers crashed and then recovered and my usb wireless dongle must have crashed as my Internet connection went as well.

Really perplexed by this and I have no idea what it could be?
Faulty connections?
Bad PSU?
Coincidence?

If you hit it hard enough it have have damaged the hard drive I guess. I may be wrong. Just try to reinstall the drivers. Hopefully just corrupt. And double check that the graphics card is still seated properly into the motherboard. It may have been knocked loose

May just have been the shock from the jolt. Check all your cables and connectors are properly seated. Especially your wireless dongle and Gpu.
Is everything working fine now or are you having problems?

Everything now is fine, no problems.

Just scared me for a second and was slightly inconvenient
