Whenever I leave my PC idle for more than 15 minutes, the monitor goes to sleep, normally this is fine and moving the mouse brings the display up again. Recently however for some strange reason the monitor won't wake when it goes to sleep, even unplugging the monitor at the mains and plugging it back in doesn't work. It comes up saying 'no signal' whilst the power icon is green and then proceeds to go to sleep again, the only way to get around this is to hard reset my PC, which isn't something I'm particularly fond of doing to be honest.
