I keep getting dirty text messages ... 3 or 4 a day.
Figured out a few days ago with my parents and who it was, that mate never wants to come around to my house anymore - he now has the nickname of Master Bates with my parents
"Hello my name is Ali Kalashari I am calling about your mobile phone contract which is up for review and we can save you lots of money and give you free texts"
I'm like "What? I don't have a contract." Pay as you go all the way. Fools.
Any ideas? That's pretty much the only info I can give you. However, contact BT and report it as a nuiscance call - they will give you any info you need.
Hmm. Thanks. Well I sorta knew it was in that area. I thought it was Fulham actually, but it's close enough. I'm supposedly working at the Brits next month, which is being held at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, so it could be the organisers calling me as opposed to the company I work for.
I think I'll try call work tomorrow and see if it was them or the organisers.
if you recently switch to a contract there is now insiders in a company who will try and scam you, usually via "phone insurance " one of them is called phone guard. some calls will come from mobile phone numbers with the reason , phones are down. this is a scam, if u change your mind about insurance its safer to ring the place where you got your phone or go down there and ask them to point u in the right direciton. i got mystery calls then found out about this scam when i went to talk to phones4u (my phone had been away for a month for repair(too long) and id become quite chatty with the ppl i pestered weekly lol) im just glad i didnt give out any of my details
