When in game for a few hours all of a sudden the screen will become pix-elated in random areas, even if i exit to the desktop it will be pix-elated on windows i click etc

Is this a unstable OC? More voltage needed maybe

Does it still happen when running stock? I remember one of my old cards had a similar issue and it turned out to be a bad RAM chip on the card (I think it was a Radeon 4850 iirc)... I also had dots appearing in some games too!

Not 100% sure about the stock, only reason i think it maybe the voltage is because i've recently been decreasing it to see if i could find a stable lower voltage

I'd set everything back to stock (voltage and any GPU and memory overclocks)... If it does the same thing then i'd assume the card is knackered unless it's a possible driver issue. What graphics card is it?

Gigabyte 7950 WF

Also re-added Internet explorer to my windows install because after a GPU driver install once i had rebooted my system i would get a error saying "iexplorer.exe no entry" (or something like that)

I also have a Radeon 7950 so you can rule out dodgy drivers... I've owned mine for about 8 months and all driver releases since then have been fine. I've no idea about the iexplorer problem as it's not GPU related (or at least shouldn't be).

iexplorer issue only happens when i re-install the GPU driver, weird. Ive enabled Iexplorer again ( i had it off on "turn on/off windows features )

I think the problem was a to low voltage though but we'll see.
