I've posted this in general cause I have no idea whats causing it. I've just built the following PC :

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Abit IP35 (Socket 775) DDR2 Motherboard )
HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro ICEQ 3 V2 TURBO SILENT Heatpipe 512MB
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel RAM
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler

The problem i have is that when I switch the PC on, it powers on for about 5 seconds with nothing on the monitor or anything then switches itself off. About 3-4 seconds later it will power itself back on and boot up as normal. Not a major problem but annoying.

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe there's a bios uppie that helps to correct this - I don't think its yet an absolutely guaranteed fix, but works in a lot of situations. Have a squint around for a link.
