wondering if you could help - my friend asked me to take a look at his Dads pc as it wont let him open anything, or view anything - when I try it comes up with an error along the lines of "error - the filepath you are trying to access does not exist or you don't have the appropriate read/write permissions"
I booted into safe mode and logged in as the defaul Admin and checked under user profiles that his dad's login was an admin and it was - i created a new user called test and logged in and everything works fine...
Is there a way to review all the permissions of a user other then through users on Control Panel? Not sure how he has done it!
