Hi there,

Seems ive run into a strange problem. My CPU is at 100% all the time!? Is there a way to find out what processes are running? Also Alt+ctrl+del isnt working.

Errm no it wont, the virus (if thats what it is) will still be on tyhe comp no matter when you restore it to, as by definition it is stored in the "restore points directory"

Turn off restore point, then run your AV, however, Im not convinced its a virus.

Can you open up task manager by just right clicking your task bar?

Download Hijack this if you want to find all your active processes, this will also tell you what should and shouldn't be there.

It might not necessarily be a virus. Choose 'Start -> Run' and load 'taskmgr' to see what's using all your CPU.

There are a bunch of online virus scanners, Google is your friend ;)
