Weird problem?

I partioned my hard drive this week and everything went smoothly. However if i try to copy a file to the partition it doesnt work it comes up and says "Access Denied" "Make sure the disk is not full or write protected"

This is really strange. It works fine when i logon as an administrator but when i am logged onto my normal account (Power user group) it doesnt work?

I have formatted it and everything but still nothing.

uhm I might be a bit rusty but try this.

ok that failed because I cant seem to remember but I think it has something to do with rights you have to find a way to take over access for this file/files.

If someone here knows what I am refering to they might know how to do this but in the mean time I will try to remember.

Or change you account to have administrator privileges.

i dont want my main account to have full administrative privilages. I have the next best thing as a power user

never mind guys sorted it out myself.

Needed to change the security settings.
