So if i watch say a twitch or hitbox stream while playing a game at the same time i lose a lot of fps in games, i get why this happens. What i dont get is when i close browser down or even restart PC, i still have the same problem with fps in the same games.
I have tested this, and after a clean OS install without watching a stream and playing games at the same time all is fine, as soon as i play a game and watch a stream at the same time the problem with fps happens and it wont go away until clean OS install??
The only thing that fixes this problem is a full OS install?
