Anyone else have a weird reccurring dream where your teeth fall out, not like all of them but maybe one or two? It happens to me quite a lot and its weird - like really vivid or something and I am convinced it's happened in the morning.

Just thought I'd share, thanks for the info and all that.

Edit - I haven't just woken up, am bored working on an essay.

Just Googled it and it seems that the "interpretation" is something to do with insecurity about how others perceive you.

How seriously you take that guff is up to you.

Yes, quite often.

I've been told that its to do with anxiety and worry, and all the times I've had those dreams have been when I've had something quite big on my mind.

Horrible horrible dreams.

I didn't know that it meant anything really, but yea I've a lot on my mind and it's kinda been pretty awful so I suppose that fits..

I'm sure I remember ages ago reading an interview with Keith Flint from The Prodigy and he said he had exactly the same recurring dream.

It's a really uncomfortable feeling and I always get paranoid for a day or so, checking none of my teeth are wobbling :(

I dream a lot of crossing dodgy rickety bridges across chasms; usually I get about 2/3rds of the way across then get pulled back to the start by some mysterious magnetic type of force  Perhaps it's something to do with the fact that I tend to take a lot of things on and rarely finish anything that I mean to.

Falling is another frequent one I have... but that's pretty cool. It's odd when you wake up and feel like you've just hit the matress... how the hell does that work? If I was less scientifically minded I'd swear I'd been levitating :p

I've only ever dreamt about my teeth once, where they all just crumbled to pieces, but I'm pretty sure I didn't have any major worries at the time.

Last night I dreamt about one of my mates getting a Lifetime Achievement award at the Brits. Can't say I've ever really had recurring dreams.

Though sometimes I can literally feel the bed covers being pulled back from me, one time it felt so real I was actually too scared to open my eyes in case someone had got in and was standing over me!

I had an extremely vivid dream a month or two back.

Was using a crossbow in a skittle alley, and was about to shoot at an old TV.

The people I was with warned me but I shot the bolt at it anyway. It rebounded, hit me straight in the neck, and I fell in slow motion, with blood gushing from my neck :(

I knew I was going to die as I was falling to the ground.

Then I woke up, shrugged and fell asleep again, I found it stranger that I wasnt bothered by it.

I dreamed I was hovering over my bed the otherday and couldnt feel anything touching me... I woke up and I was what seemed to be exactly the same spot, I shouted "Im hover above my bed! woooohooo!" put my hands under myself to see how high I was hovering and noticed I was actually on my bed, just my entire back was numb lol

another time I remember being pushed down a canyon by heman and I looked up and he was with ugly mutant like monsters.... I still remember that lol, I was 8 at the time... to put it in perspective Im now 26

I used to get this as well. I could sense a large presence at the end of the bed, which felt heavy and immensely strong. The sensation was always horrifyingly real.

I love the "interpretations" that some people come up with. In reality it is quite simple:

You're grinding your teeth at night (probably due to stress). Go to the pharmacy or dentist and get yourself a mouth guard.

wish I could remember my dreams, the few I can remember (throughout my life!) are very strange so would be interesting to know what the others are lol
