Chitterlings. It's grim. A poverty food rather than an exotic delicacy.

Ha Currywurst isn't weird at all and it's amazingly nice! I love it

I've not really eaten anything weird as I'm a fussy eater as it is. The weirdest thing I've ever eaten is Partridge which as we can all agree isn't weird at all.

The food market that Divine Wind mentioned is amazing as well, I can't wait for it to come back!

It was in Singapore, my uncle said "try this its a Chinese delicacy". At that point wife did the right thing and passed on it.

To be fair it didnt taste foul, it didnt taste of a right lot.

Mine would probably be pork knuckles, chickens feet, some sort of poisonous snake stew, aligator, and I've eaten the majority of normal livestock offal like chicken's heart etc.

Being Chinese I've eaten a lot of things the Western palette think is weird but here is a list that most in Britain think is weird -

Chicken feet
Turtle
Shark's fin
Snake
Snails
Duck tongue
Crocodile
Chicken hearts

Out of the above, chicken feet and snails are my favourites. The snails were in France (quelle surprise!) and the garlic sauce with them was delicious. Shark's fin doesn't taste of anything.
