Who cares. If a business wants to cater for Muslims who follow Sharia lifestyles or not serve alcohol or pork then who are you to deny them that. Simply don't go to that hotel. It's not the only hotel in London that doesn't serve alcohol or pork for that matter.

Isn't it up to the business owner to decide what he sells?

I can't say this bothers me in the slightest.

As usual the 'herp derp don't like it don't go' crowd miss the point, no-one has suggested they should be forced to sell alcohol or pork.

Where does it say on their website that there's no alcohol on sale? They even advertise a "bar" which implies alcohol does it not?
 
Just had a look at the website and it does say they no longer sell alcoholic drinks but the menu still states that roast pork belly is served.
