Welsh dragon call for Union flag

The cost would be astronomical! Changing every flag used by britain, australia, new zealand and any other country that has the union jack in the flag (don't know any others )

Stupid idea. Sounds like the Mp just wanted to do something in parliament make it look like he actually works.
