Hopefully going to see War of the Worlds with my Dad as his birthday present, just wondering whats the best seats would be?

Either S3, N5, N7 for expensive tickets, or for cheaper but a straighter view, i could go for D3?

But i feel D3 would be too far away, but N3 or similar would be too much of an angle?

Any opinions?

We went to see Gervais and were seated in D1, can't see sod all from there and needed to rely on the screens so pay the extra would be my advise :)

We had A2 for Clapton/Winwood and they were great. The A/B blocks are ok, anything further back is too far away. The N/S blocks are raised so give a better view but at an angle. What little of N3/S3 there is gives you a side view of the stage and may not be for sale. Personally I prefer to sit facing the stage in that place.

No idea about Wembley, but have a great time.
I saw it in Manchester last year and it blew my mind by being so good.
We were sat in the M.E.N. equivalent of what you call N8 and we had a great view. Much better than the people in A and B sections I think as we were above stage level.

I think you are absolutely right about N3 and D3 though, don't waste your money.
For an extra couple of quid I'd go for the premium seats like N8-N10 and S8-S10, it's worth it.
