have just installed win 7 home premium on my laptop again, and all of a sudden im recieving the error wermgr.exe application error press ok to terminate, i click ok and it goes, but im recieving this message everytime i boot up, the laptop is a toshiba satellite l300-1ap, has anyone had this error before, as iv never seen it, have done a little research and according to google links, it points to messing with the registry which i think is a silly idea considering iv only just formatted it about half hour ago
(edit) just found out my anti-virus isnt working - microsoft security essentials, flags this error when i try and run it
