Just bought this and installed it, but it is only 130 gb O_o ?

You're dyslexic and you only thought it said 320?

Or, your BIOS needs flashing.

Its nothing to do with the bios. You need to make sure you have service pack2 installed for Windows. Then go into Control Panel>Administrative tools>Computer management>Disk management and format the unallocated space.

Problem is I already have wndows XP installed on the harddrive

is there a way to merge the 2 partitions ofr shall I just format it and set it as an alernating drive?

You can merge the partitions with something like Partition magic. To be able to access the full capacity from the start, you have to slipstream service pack2 on to the install disk, using Nlite.
