Just bought a western Digital external hard drive not 2 weeks ago and I go to plug it in today and, nada! Nothing happens, I have checked the transformer and even used one from another hard drive and still nothing happens, have even pressed the reset button on the back and still nothing. Would like to know if there is anything I could do Before I have to pay to send it back to them for a replacement - what a cheek!
(p.s Don't worry it is not a horrible western digital my book either!)
