Not sure where to have put this so sorry if it's in the wrong place.

Trying to sign up to WD to get a RMA sorted and it's annoying the hell out of me!

One of the required fields is the 'Zip/Postal Code' and so I fill it out, but when I click submit it says Error: Postal Code required.

Next to the field it also says '(If no Zip/Postal code present, please enter N/A)', so I try that as well but it gives the same error.

So I go to 'Contact us' to get an email so I can email them the problem. 'You must sign up to email us'. Arghhhh!! :mad:

Can one of you try as well to see if it's not just a problem with my computer. I've tried IE as well but same problem.

Anything else I can do?
 
Its not required to register to do the RMA, only if you wish to track the RMA while its on its way.

I did mine just using the S/N of the harddrive.

If you already have an account with us or have contacted us for support previously, you will need a new password for your account by clicking on the I forgot my password link . If you don't have a support account with us, you will need to create one." :(
