First time I have had to RMA an item through Western Digital.
Now what I was wondering is, I choose the standard RMA service, but forgot to send my defect HHD out I have checked my account and it is still submitted and I am able to get the printing label even though this has been outstanding for a while can I still send the HHD and get a replacement just like the normal procedure or would I have to create a new RMA?
Anyone know from experience.. Just don't fancy sending it and them turning around to me saying how I took longer than 30 days for example bla bla, therefore we cannot replace!
Although guilty for forgetting to send it off.
