Anyone any experience with how long this usually takes?
Sent my raptor away over 10 days ago (not realising it actually gets shipped to america after it reaches england) and the rma status still says waiting for product. The 30 days was up yesterday for it to be sent back so im wondering what hapens now. For some reason i can see them sending it back and telling me to request a new rma number.
