Wetherspoons world record attempt

Afternoon guys.

Just a bit of a heads up really, albeit a classy one! Wehtspoons are trying for some Guiness record tomorrow night which basically means each person gets 4 free glasses of wine.

Ive managed to get a fair few student mates interested (end of term and very poor) so looks good for a random night! Just thought i'd let everyone know!

They're 50ml servings! Someone didn't think when scheduling it on football night too!

Four glasses just about equates one normal glass of wine...

If I lived next door and could dash in and out at 6pm with my free normal glass of wine, then I might consider. However, I'm not quite going to pay £2.80 return on the bus and take an hour or so out of my day for the privilege...

What record are they trying for? Destruction of the most livers within 45 minutes?

It says "wine-tasting", but this is Wetherspoon. We all know what to expect.
