After spending far too much this month, i'm in dire need of a cheap wetsuit to last me the season, and can't afford to buy quality quite yet.

Anyone know where i can pick up a cheap, but winter wetsuit? It's for diving

If you look around the hire shops, you might find you can pick up an ex-hire one for very cheap, especially as most hire shops will be replacing the winter stock with summer stock soon.

A winter wetsuit?! I'm not sure where you're diving but if it's anywhere around the UK, you had better get a winter drysuit!

I'm off diving in Malta in May \o/

Man speaks the truth!

4-4.5c inland and 5.5 on the coast at the moment!

I was in the drysuit last week in egypt!! Might be ok in the water in a wetsuit but out quickly becomes an issue.

UK water never gets warm enough for a wetty!

I've been in a 5mm wetsuit before, it's fine for the relatively short amount of time you're in the water. There are dry suits available to use, but as i've got the new boat to play with, i want one for water sports as well!

Oh I don't know... I did 2 dives in a 7mm semi-dry at Stoney Cove at one point last year which was ok.
