What air cooler for 9700/9900k ?

The above case will be used and I’m wondering what air cooler to get ?

BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4, Noctua NH-D15S, or maybe a BeQuiet Silent Loop, they are highly regarded

I have a 9900k with a dark rock 4. My suggestion. Don't. At 1.27vcore 4.9ghz all core you can get into the ~90c playing battlefield V multiplayer. To be fair that's the only game that pushes it that hard. Cinebench will get you around that temp also. I'd suggest an AIO if you're going to overclock or if you get lucky with a halo chip.

Used the NH-D14 in the past I think, bought in 2012 I think and used for over 4 years. Was fantastic. Also used a Noctua single tower with a single fan recently with a TR build and that was fantastic too. So, I'd recommend the NH-D15 if you can fit the height of it into the case.
Water cooling I believe you're looking at a 360 AIO to beat the NH-D15, from what I've read anyway.
