I got all my parts today (Bit worried that the seller sent me wrong RAM It's PC3-10600U, is this server ram...?).

Where do I connect the H.D.D LED, Power LED, Power SW, Power LED (2), Reset SW, and AC97 on this mobo.

This is the only part I hate about computers, where do these wires go?

It's just not booting at all, which cable are you referring to, the black one coming from the PSU?

I'm not sure on the cables you ask about, but I did notice on the first picture that you look like you have a 6pin cable connected to the motherboard. That socket should have either a 4pin or 8pin cable connected - the 6pin cables are for GPUs.

2)That's why I included a picture of the motherboard manual.

The LED, SW etc wires come from the case not PSU

Refer to the motherboard manual for further advice should tell you exactly where everything goes
