What Android Smart Watch

Hello,
I could not find a smart watch section so posted here instead. I have a cheap £20 Aplus smart watch but you cannot do a lot with it. I would like to buy a smart watch for £100 or less which has wifi and google app store and running android wear 2. I want to be able to surf the web, check facebook and download customised clock faces and play some games. I was liking the Moto 360 but would appreciate some advice. Thank you

The ticwatch doesnt appear to have app store. Although it looks good in the other aspects. Any other suggestions
