What are 360 controllers like these days, Matt or glossy?

I ask as I need new controller (rubber is all but gone on the left stick) and ive seen differnces in the offical ones.

For example my current controller is white and had more of a matte finish which I prefer (from a orginal Pro 20gb bundle). Were the controller with my sisters 60gb HDMI pro has a gloss finish to it (which i hate) and sticks feel more lose and the 4 main buttons feel more clunky.

So has anyone brought a controller or a 360 resently what are the current ones like.
 
never seen the glossy one myself and I just recently got a Jasper arcade with 1 controller and it's all matte are you sure it's not because of heavy usage? greasy/dirty palms :D
