What are floppy drives useful for??

Still have the odd use of them when legacy systems come into the workshop, although they are getting less often now.

I've got a couple of old games on Floppy. Useful to have one if you're a retro game fan :-)

Running MS Dos 5 on a laptop partition. Also my desktop case has a floppy in it although it is very rarely accessed. Several recovery tools prefer floppy to USB and the odd flash job.

RAID/SCSI drivers for XP installations is the only time I eveer use a floppy drive these days. Mind you, it's been a while since I've done even that.
