What are my system specs?

I'd stick to your current build and just get a new graphics card. That's all you need really. Then you can think about a SSD if you feel the hard drive is too slow (mainly booting and general windows 7 snappiness), and a third party cooler + overclock if you have framerate problems.

And yes, that OCZ PSU will be fine with either a 560ti or a 6950 :) FYI, I've measured 450W absolute max at the plug with a 2500K and 6950 crossfire.

You can use "render.drawfps 1" in battlefield 3 to keep track of the frame rate (or use MSI afterburner / fraps).

In battlefield, running with no anti aliasing really boost the performance, so with that card and CPU, I expect 40-60 fps at least at 1080p on high / ultra custom settings with no AA (post process or MSAA). Then you can tweak anti aliasing to your convenience, but I've never found it crucial to the way a game looks.

As usual with swapping graphics cards manufacturer, you'll be best off uninstalling the ATI drivers first in safe-mode, shutting down, turning the power off at the PSU, swapping cards, booting and installing the Nvidia drivers normally.
