What are the best Gamecube games?

Resident Evil (get them all if you haven't played them before)
Eternal Darkness
Super Smash Bros Melee

No, cos renting it only you won't be able to get very far on easy(without using a gazillion lives) let alone on medium or hard which is where the fun lies(without using a continue). Also you can find the game pretty cheap if you do manage to find it.

I guess its debatable, but I found it a semi-chore... if you don't mind grinding and practice, I'm sure its a rewarding game. I prefer something with a fairer difficulty and more varied gameplay.

Mario Sunshine (not as good as other mario games, but still it IS mario after all)

Mario Kart DD (Hey at least I liked it)

I'm currently working through Metroid Prime, and I'll be getting Echoes after that, in readiness for Corruption. MP is pretty good so far.
 
Corruption is awesome. Completed it Friday. Never got into 1 & 2 (never had time), but I fear I'll play them now thinking 'I wish I had the Wiimote' or '...wish this was as clear as on MP3'.

All the recommendations so far I can confirm are awesome, and I happened to enjoy Mario Sunshine and Mario Kart, so :p
 
Still got my gamecube hooked up alongside my 360 lol.

Love to flick back to mario kart for some entertainment lol. Didnt see anyone mention Super Mario Toadstool Golf, that game was class, shame now that the copy I have is beyond repair(My cats seem to enjoy playing with any discs that get left anywhere)

My collection consisted of the above and:

All the Resi Games
Metroid Prime
Luigi's Mansion
Smash Bros Melle

And a load of other, have to say that I pretty much enjoyed any game that I ever bought on the GC
 
just got resident evil 4 (brand new) for cheap
trying to get double dash - theres a lot of interest though and keep pushing prices up, super smash bro's looks like a bargain gonna keep trying
