there's only gigabyte with uk based rma

not sure on his? msi/vtx are in Holland I think,but you have the first year with place of purchase,after that it's rma to manufacturer

Nah it will reach ghz edition clocks with ease. All you need is the HIS overclocking tool, His Turbo. Its basically a poor mans afterburner but it works specially with HIS cards.

you'll match the ghz clocks easily,pretty sure ocuk just deal with first year of rma

They're the same GPU. If the non-GHz edition doesn't overclock to 1GHz I'd DSR it, most will get to 1100MHz easily.

Do you mean you can still send it back through ocuk or do you mean that after a year ocuk wash their hands with you and its up to you to go through the manufacturer? I was not aware of this. If its true, that sucks.
