What are the following things?

I'm not absolutely sure but I think I'm right about the following:
In the blue circle is the connector for an IEEE 1394 (FireWire) port. (You can read a label on the mobo that reads 1394)
In the red circle is a connector for sound input from an oprical drive.
I don't know what the purple one is though it looks like there's a label on the PCB. It might be for some sort of audio thingamajig.
In the black circle is probably some sort of com port, perhaps its for the connections to the case for things like the power button, HDD light, etc.

EDIT: here it is without the circles so that one can read the labels on the PCB:

The one labelled AAFP is for some sort of audio front panel connection. Will have line out and Mic and stuff on it :)

If you download the PDF of the manual it should tell you what each of those is for, thats assumes you don't have the manual already.

The CD one is for audio, half sure its for the headphone port on CD drives.

IE1394 is for firewire.

AAFP and Com1 are not something you'll likely use, though again, check the manual for their specific uses.
