I could live with every one of the above things if we got rid of the most annoying single-word post ever.

Usually it'll be in an RIP thread or sometimes just any thread about a particular person. No idea what people are trying to achieve when they post it - at best they look like a simpleton who's never heard of a search engine before, at worst it just shows a complete lack of respect.

Agreed. This annoyed me in the Sean Kingston thread, I came back thinking there'd me more fat jokes.

Really?! Some people are stupidly lazy to google simple things, they should be shown that they are stupid.

I voted for "k". Although none of them particularly bother me.

I don't mind +1 or "this" if it is in somewhere like a spec thread in GH, where it is good to have more than one opinion on something suggested, especially for a noob who could usually do with more than one opinion before deciding on a component. (although it is better obviously when the poster shows some knowledge or personal experience)

I find it most annoying when people accuse someone of trolling just because they have a different opinon. Would have voted for that

i actually like these. it's quite amusing to see the replies until someone who actually understands what the op is on about replies and a decent thread goes from there, making the people who post the usual meme or mocking post look a bit dumb.

This place would be much better without:

• Unfunny pancake crap. I mean, seriously?
• 'Worst thread ever'
• People who write 'LOL', 'ROFL' or whatever else, even though it blatantly wasn't even funny. Even if it was funny, the all caps LOL is just cringe worthy. OP is guilty of this, sorry!
• Name change threads. Pick a goddamn name and stick with it, it's really not difficult
• Post in here and get banned. Har har, so funny
• 'In on epic thread'. What usually comes to mind is 'if you think this is epic, then you obviously haven't read many decent threads'
• People who post whilst drunk and manage to spell absolutely everything they write incorrectly. Regardless of how much you've had, it's still ridiculously easy to type just as well as someone who's sober
• Religion threads that carry on for about 63814 pages. Mostly absolutely pointless arguing which never gets resolved simply because no one has the answers. Oh well, let's create another 30 of them this week!
• You can also add people who moan about 'having' to post in yet another religion thread (to keep it on track) due to so many misinformed people ruining them. If it annoys you, then don't? brb moaning about religion discussions yet nearly all of my posts come from them
• People who call others 'trolls' when they're not. Please learn what this word actually means before using it
• People who post links without a comment/opinion. Thanks RSS feed
• 'Spec me' threads. Take 20 seconds of your time and use Google, lazy ****er.
• People who discover a super old meme and then try and get it popular on here. This place seems to be years behind, which means by the time a meme starts becoming used often, it's already beyond annoying
