I think access to the HD section should be set to a higher post count than the normal stuff (imo).

Yeah that would be good actually. Might ease up the load on the server as well.

iirc they already did raise the post count, after about 7 months ago when the forums were running like a dog (minus 3 legs)

A year or so back it was discussed that regular contributors should get access to faster servers but it never went anywhere

We should make it happen.

Have you not noticed that a lot of the high profile, high postcount users disappear? That's because they gain access to the porn forum.
