What are you cooking right now?

Well my curry was a moderate success, but i chose the wrong meat for the technique I was using. Too many of the flavours had cooked out of the sauce by the time the meat was ready. I tasted it after about 30 mins and it was coming on beautifully but the giner and curry spices were dimmed by the time the brisket was ready. Will refine this by either precooking the meat or using something that cooks much more quickly.
