Interesting thanks, never thought of adding butter or even batch making it and I usually use chopped toms and finely chopped onion that stays in but I might try it this way and see how it turns out
It turns out pretty great... just like most good things takes longer to cook ( make sure its cooked uncovered as you want to reduce your toms not boil em + thrown in some garlic cloves if you like and take them out in the end).
Only downside being due to the butter it gets a little heavy. Hope you like it!
