What are you getting your wife/gf/bf/sibling/mother/father for christmas?

We agreed to just give each other some cash (which basically translates to spend some money on yourself, say it was from me).

Misses contributed towards a VR for me.

I was going to contribute towards a new phone for her.

On Thursday last week a blender turned up, so now I’ve gotten the misses a blender for Xmas. I was a bit annoyed initially, but hey it’s her choice.
 
We don't do Christmas presents anymore, just go away together instead.

E: My mum, whatever my OH picks up, siblings - we've never done them.

My dad? Hm. I'll have to dig the ouija board out and see what he needs.

Now my sisters have kids I've managed to convince everyone to only buy presents for the kids.

Means I only have to get 2 presents rather than about 6.

I find buying presents of low value a bit pointless and wasteful when everyone is an adult.
Because it usually ends up not being used.

Wife is getting a new bike. I bought her a new one 4 years ago but she struggles with the complication of having to manage both sets of gears (dual front chainring) and I can't build a bike up as cheap as just buying a new one. Quite sad really.
