My 6am breakfast (as opposed to my 10am breakfast I have at work) was:
1/2 a box of blueberries
1/2 a box of raspberries
A banana
An apple
250ml natural set yoghurt
1/2 a pint of semiskimmed milk
2 large handful of scotts porrage oats
a touch of honey
a scoop of whey protein
and bleeeeeeeeend to make a nice big smoothie makes just shy of 800ml. My second breakfast will be consumed in a couple of hours or whenever I get hungry (so usually by 9am
).
